Services
What can you automate?
Anything your business does over and over: WhatsApp replies and reminders, lead follow-ups, invoices, reports and data capture. Tell us the task and we will tell you if it can be automated.
How much does a project cost?
Each service has a starting setup price, from R5,500 for email and invoice automation. Websites are quoted per project. See Pricing for the details.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the job. Your written quote includes a timeline we commit to.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Once a custom project is paid in full, you own the domain, the content and the code we wrote for you. We keep managing it on your monthly plan.
Can you use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. We set up WhatsApp automation on your existing business number.
Plans and billing
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, monitoring, support and the reviews in your plan. We keep everything running and fix anything that breaks.
How do I pay?
Setup fees by EFT. Monthly plans by card through PayFast.
Do prices include VAT?
Axiom Services is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your account. Hosting and support continue until the end of the month you have paid for.
How fast do you reply to support requests?
Usually the same day, and always within 24 hours.

Which apps do you offer?
Our first apps are coming soon. Join the waitlist on the Apps page and we will email you when they launch.
Privacy
How do you handle my data?
Under POPIA. We collect only what we need and never sell it. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. When a project uses AI, we use business AI services that do not train on your data.
