Because an automation is a live system, not a file you buy once. It sits on top of other companies' software and those companies change things without telling anybody. Meta alters the WhatsApp API, your CRM renames a field, a payment provider updates its checkout. Something breaks and it needs fixing that day. The monthly covers the hosting, the round the clock monitoring, the repairs and the ongoing tuning as your prices and services change. Businesses that try to run automation without that support end up with systems that quietly stopped working weeks ago.

Two reasons. First, we only do automation. A general agency has to carry designers, copywriters and strategists across every project. That overhead lands on your invoice whether you needed those people or not. We don't have it. Second, we've built these systems often enough to know what the common patterns look like, so we're not solving each one from scratch and billing you for the learning. You get the same result without paying for a discovery phase, a pitch deck and three account managers.

The standard split is half on signature and half on go live. For larger builds we'll spread it across three payments. Ask on the call instead of assuming the answer is no.
