Workflow automation
Somebody in your business has four tabs open and is copying the same details between them. That's the job we delete. We connect the tools you already pay for so information moves on its own, in the order you decide, leaving a record of every step.
- Per workflow
- Starting at R6,500
- Monthly
- Starting at R1,900
- Build time
- Usually one to two weeks
- Connects
- Over 400 services
- Included in
- Launch and above
- Quote to invoice
- A quote gets accepted in your CRM. The invoice builds itself in your accounting package and sends. If it's still unpaid on day seven and day fourteen, a reminder goes out. The sales record updates the moment payment clears. We work with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho and most others, so you keep whatever your bookkeeper already uses.
- New client onboarding
- A contract gets signed. The client folder appears, the welcome pack sends, the kickoff call goes in the diary and the project lands in your task tool with the standard checklist already filled in.
- Enquiry routing
- A form, a WhatsApp message and a Facebook lead all arrive in one place, tagged by source, assigned by area or product and acknowledged inside a minute.
- Friday reporting
- The report somebody rebuilds by hand every week builds itself and arrives before you ask, pulling the same numbers from the same places every time.
- Stock and supplier alerts
- Levels drop past a threshold, the purchase order drafts itself and the supplier email waits for your approval instead of sitting on somebody's mental list.
Built to survive contact with a real business
Automation that works on a good day is easy. Most of the engineering goes into what happens on a bad one.
- Nothing fails silently
- Every workflow has error handling and alerting built in. If a step fails we know within minutes, which is how a broken automation gets fixed the same morning instead of being discovered a fortnight later when somebody notices the invoices stopped.
- It runs where you want it
- On our infrastructure. Or entirely on yours so no customer data ever leaves your control. It costs the same either way and the choice is yours.
- Cost doesn't climb with volume
- Some platforms charge per task, so the better your business does the more you pay. Ours costs the same whether it runs a hundred jobs a month or a hundred thousand.
- You get to see your own process
- The finished workflow is a diagram of how your business actually runs. More than one client has told us it was the first time they had seen that written down anywhere.
If a tool has a documented interface we can connect it. These are the ones South African businesses ask for most.

Using something that isn't on this list? Tell us on the call. It usually connects.
- The running workflow
- Live, tested against your real cases, with error handling and alerts so nothing fails quietly.
- A process diagram
- The visual map of how the process now runs. It doubles as documentation for your team.
- Credentials in your name
- Every connection gets made with your own accounts, so access to your systems always stays yours.
- A walkthrough recording
- What runs when. What to do if something ever looks wrong.
- Ongoing monitoring
- We watch it, tune it and repair it as the tools around it change. That is what your monthly is for.
Tell us what's eating your week
We'll pick one process apart with you and give you a straight number. If automating it won't pay for itself we'll say so. You'll still walk away knowing where your hours go.
